A few product development roadmaps as they changed over time from 2000 t0 2010.
Comment: Back in the early days Cray Research had multiple lines of somewhat competing vector computing products Cray-2 & XMP then later the C90 & Cray-3.  At other times Cray was transitioning from one type of computing to another due to customer and market demands EG vector T90 to MPP scaler T3E. The introduction of other architecture types, Multi threaded, with the XMT line and Super Clustering with the  XD1 showed that Cray had to adapt to progress. There were also some machines that seem to have been built to a customer need rather than a market segment (Black Widow ?).
Also there seems to be a conflict between convergence and diversification of product lines.
